Steps to Booking Your Vacation
1: Check the dates and price per day.
2: Check availability by clicking the availability tab above.
3: Review the Terms below.
4: E-mail us with the dates you want to ensure availability.
5: Once you receive an e-mail confirmation about availability and further information on how to pay, you can choose your payments, cash, check (us checks only) or credit card through paypal at the bottom of this page. Your accommodations will be confirmed after your payment is received.
6: You may call us at 1877-Get-Roth, ext. 0, if you have any problems. If you reach the message center, please leave your phone number where you can be reached in the next 2 hours.
Rates
*January 2nd- May 27th and October 1st- December 20th
$125 a night Monday-Thursday
$140 a night Friday - Sunday
$720 a week (6 nights/ 7days)
*May 28th-September 30th and December 21th - January 1st
$175 a night Monday-Thursday
$190 a night Friday - Sunday
$1000 a week (6 nights/ 7days)
*Holiday weekends and Country Thunder $225 a night
*Pontoon Boat- add $225 a day to cottage rental for boat use.
*Plus required $65 one time cleaning fee
Special Rates: 10% discount to Fire Dept, Police Dept Personal.
Reservation Terms
* Two night minimum
* Subject to a room tax rate 13%.
* Subject to a one-time $65.00 cleaning fee
*Rates are seasonal.
*Nightly rates may vary within a single reservation.
*Maximum Occupancy: Three Bedroom-7.
* Each Lake Home must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
* No Pets Allowed.
* No smoking in units.
* Fires must be in the fireplace or fire pit and cannot be unattended.
* Please be careful when using any equipment, toys, bikes, canoe and snowshoes that have been provided for use during your stay. We cannot be responsible for injuries that occur with their use. these items must be secured and locked up when not in use or unattended.
*The free Wi-Fi is run by modem router only and does not supply a fire wall or security for your computer. For your computers safety, check its security software for the internet.
*Additional terms are outlined in the information book located in the Lake Home and cover garbage removal, arrival and departure information,etc.
* Subject to a $200.00 refundable deposit +Tax required to guarantee reservation.
*Balance will be due 10 days prior to arrival.
*No refunds for early departure.
*No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
*Check-in time: After 3:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM
